This weekend was super busy, so it went by fast. Friday night after my extended business hours presentation, what was intended to be a quick errand turned into about three hours of retail therapy. And I faceplanted by 11pm. Woops. Saturday was wedding dress shopping all day with Slesh, feasting at the Greek Festival, and then seeing some of my friends from home at Shannon‘s. Unfortunately one too many beers interrupted my plans for a Sunday morning workout yesterday before Jill’s baby shower, but that’s okay. Finally, after the shower Tim came home from his man weekend away, and we got some sangria on the Devlin’s patio.
I’m glad I was able to squeeze in a couple of things for me this weekend after all, because now I’m off to Logan Airport to catch a plane. Whew!

Thursday
Taught timed circuits in my 6am class.

This Week’s Workouts
This week’s workouts are going to be kinda tough to plan, because I’m headed to Atlanta for work for the week. I foresee a lot of quick but effective cardio intervals, deck of cards, and 20 minute workouts in my future. Patrice and I might also try to check out the LA Fitness near our hotel. We’ll see!
What’s your go to 20 minute workout when short on time? What’s your go to workout when traveling?
My favorite 20 minute workout is my “50-40-30-20-10” workout that I talk about on my blog all the time, OR 2 rounds of a 10 exercise circuit! When I travel, if I don’t have much time, i stay in my hotel room and do kickboxing or one of the other ones I listed above! have a great week- excited to teach your class tomorrow night!
