IF TIME April Abs Finisher

2-4 times through, rest as needed:

● Balanced single arm triceps kickbacks x 10-12

● Tall kneeling tempo hammer curls x 10-12 (up 2 down 2)

● Slow mountain climbers x 10-12 (pause 3-5 seconds)

● Alternating V ups x 10-12
