It’s been a while since I’ve shared any new music with you guys, so today I’m just dropping in quickly to post some of my latest workout jams.
I recently started a fun monthly Throwback Thursday class for my Thursday morning crowd. Basically on the first Thursday of every month, all the songs on my playlist are from back in the day. It’s fun because my class members request songs ahead of time, and it gets everyone excited and laughing when old favorites come on.
For the Pitbull and Kesha fans, I recently put together a combo playlist. This was by request for Katie’s last class!
Here are a couple random ones I’ve been alternating through. I am obsessed with September.

Oh my gosh, these are great! I’m so glad I saw this as I was struggling to come up with workout jams, These are perfect!
It seems people either love or hate AC/DC, but there isn’t a better band than them to workout to!
I love when you post your music because I review the list, listen to some of the songs on itunes and download them to my list! Sometimes when I am working out and I hear one of “your” songs… it gives me that extra push! I think “this is an Athena song” even though I haven’t been to more than one class!
