Athena helped me easily establish habits that felt manageable for ME. She set me up with effective workouts that could be done in my basement within 30 minutes. She helped me learn to eat mindfully, with more veggies that felt do-able with my already jam-packed life. We also worked on me letting go of feeling undeserving and unworthy, to shifting to a healthy frame of mind that I do deserve my health. What does life look like now? I feel energized from when I wake up to when I fall asleep (on most days anyways, I'm still human!). Hi, I’m Athena Concannon, and I’m an ACSM certified personal trainer, Precision Nutrition L1 certified nutrition coach, and the owner and founder of Achieve with Athena.
I specialize in helping time-strapped, ambitious women stop settling for the status quo, take their current health habits to the next level, and achieve their goals in ways that are simple, sustainable, and FUN – without the perfectionism.
I’ve been working in the health and fitness industry for over a decade, with experience in commercial, corporate, and online settings, and I know just how re-energizing a change in seasons can be for getting refocused on healthy habits, whether that’s to get back to a sense of consistency or up the ante a bit.

If you are looking to lose fat, tone up, eat a more nutritious and energizing diet that will help you achieve your goals, and also start cultivating a more positive outlook towards yourself in this process, then Athena is the person for you.
