I also have a couple of fun Boston-based events to tell you about*:

1. My friends at Ultimate Bootcamp are starting a 5k race training program in Boston starting on Tuesday 6/3. This program is designed to give beginner runners the tools to start running and take on their first 5k with confidence, even if they’ve never ran one before. It will meet for six consecutive weeks on Tuesday nights from 6-7pm at Boston Common. For more details and registration, click here.

2. If you are around tomorrow from 11-3, POPSUGAR and Simple Skincare are throwing a free event called Passport to Healthy Skin: A Guide to Living Well From the Inside Out. Attendees will be provided with a gift bag and resources to navigate through the stresses of everyday city life, highlighting how choices in food, fitness, wellness, and relaxation can affect skin health. Offerings throughout the day will include a healthy eats and detox tea garden, a fitness zone featuring 10-15 minute workout sessions, a relaxation room with chair massages, and a beauty oasis with different skincare products.
