For those of you who participated in my April Arms and/or Fall Into Fitness challenges, word on the street was that I would be running a different type challenge in December. I’m excited to share that the rumors are true. This month I will be running another challenge called Jingle Well Time (yes, I am still as dorky as ever!), however it’s going to be a little different from my past ones.

Jingle Well Time Overview

Before you do anything else:

Please join the Jingle Well Time Facebook group! This group will be used to hold ourselves accountable and encourage camaraderie, support, and idea sharing like in past challenges. This is where you can check in and where I will be sharing tips and inspiration each day.

Here’s how the rest of it will work:

–Unlike my past challenges where I have focused solely on fitness, Jingle Well Time will encompass multiple areas of wellness.

–Each week will have a specific focus on either fitness, food, stress, or self and relationships. Wellness is more than just diet and exercise!

–Each daily challenge will be SMALL and MANAGEABLE. It is the holiday season, and we’re ALL busy. Anything to help keep us on track can help.

–There will be no Google documents, tracking spreadsheets, or weekly emails this time around. Instead, every Sunday morning I will post the challenges for the week on my blog. I recommend subscribing to receive my blog posts to your email so you don’t forget to check on your own. Just click the “Sign Me Up” button on the right hand side of my blog and follow the directions.

–Finally, I encourage use of all social media outlets throughout the month using #jinglewelltime and tagging me @fitnessandfeta.
