Oh love Monday’s challenge! I’ve been trying to focus more on my breath, but never seem to carve out the time consistently.
Same here! I am trying to be more mindful of making regular time for it instead of waiting until my heart rate is up or I’m in a stressful situation to do it. I think first thing in the morning or last thing before bed would be helpful!
