3 x 20 seconds

4A. Tempo curtsy lunges
3 x 8-10 RL

4B. Knee-banded lateral walks with pause
3 x 10-15 RL

IF TIME FINISHER:

2-4 times through:

  • Single leg bridges RL x 10
  • Hydrants RL x 10 + 5-10 second pulse or pause each side
  • Bodyweight pendulum lunges x 5 RL
