You can’t pinpoint exactly why you aren’t seeing the results you’re looking for. It would be helpful to get an outside set of eyes to determine some super simple tweaks you can make to feel like you’re making progress and moving forward.
You have some specific nutrition questions or circumstances that you’d love to pick Athena’s brain about. Having insight on these areas would help you feel more in control and that you’re on the right track!

Here’s what’s included in your Nutrition Audit:
2 Private Coaching Calls
Your Nutrition Audit will be held in 2 phases, and each 45-minute session is all about YOU.
We will meet over Zoom to review everything going on in your nutrition world so we can take you from feeling “meh” to more mindful and intentional about what you’re eating and putting in your body.
This focused 1:1 time is often exactly what people need to stay in their own lane and not get distracted by what everyone else is doing over on Instagram – ya know!?
Food Log Analysis
Prior to your 1st call, you will send me a 3-5 day food log, your current goal set, and your top nutrition challenges.
I will review and identify the adjustments that can help you get to your goals, faster – things you probably don’t even realize are missing, but that my expertise and experience can help you identify.
Don’t worry, just a simple list of what you’re eating and when is totes, fine. No need to go crazy on MyFitnessPal and measure every little morsel!
Customized Action Plan
During your 1st call, I will provide you with my feedback, and we will work together to create a personalized action plan that feels doable and practical for your lifestyle.
It’s important for your long-term success that this be a collaborative approach, which is why I will not be telling you exactly what to eat and when and at what times in your action plan. That’s cookie cutter, and I’m not here to waste your time like that.
Instead, we brainstorm solutions together that you will be EXCITED to implement because they actually feel possible for you!
Troubleshooting and Strategizing
On your 2nd call, we will regroup for the accountability. You and I both know that when you have to report back to someone, you’re more likely to implement!
We will discuss both what’s been going well and what still feels challenging. We will troubleshoot anything else that’s come up (because something ALWAYS does!), strategize how you can pivot, and make sure you feel 100% confident in your next steps toward your goals.
I will help you feel confident you are supported and have the tools for success well beyond your second call!
You will receive the action plan in a written summary and get a call recording after each of the sessions we have together.
The goal of a Nutrition Audit isn’t to provide you with a laundry list of changes that feel impossible to implement.
It’s about meeting you where you are, empowering you with the information you need (remember, how can you know where to go if you don’t have a solid understanding of where you’re starting from?), and helping you make meaningful changes – without restriction, rules, or any diet culture BS involved.
Athena’s coaching is so different from the all-or-nothing + very cookie cutter approach I see on so many social media accounts. I love that after working with Athena, I now I want to think about how to ADD protein, ADD fiber, ADD joy in eating, rather than reduce calories + inhibit myself.
Athena helps me identify what I want to work on. Each time I’ve met with her, she’s also helped me get really clear on why. We come up with concrete and DOABLE action plans for how I’ll accomplish those goals, rather than just talk about the goals themselves. The time flies by, but it is so worth it!
