It’s Thursday, which means it’s almost the weekend.  This also means I’m super overdue in posting my pictures from last weekend.

It wouldn’t be very nice of me to exclude the girl’s night that my friend Shannon hosted at her new apartment last Friday.

I’d feel bad if I didn’t showcase her fun platters of food she had ready for us.

I’d also feel pretty terrible about not mentioning how yummy Tracy’s salsa dip was.

And although it may seem selfish, I really should show off my caprese salad.  Because I think it’s just the bomb-dot-com.

I also wouldn’t be a very appreciative employee for not saying thank you, company, for having such a wonderful annual picnic yet again on Saturday.  Complete with carnival rides, massive amounts of food, a free beer tent, and more… how couldn’t I post about it?

Oh, and the lobsters.  I walked out with 6 of them.  It would be REALLY rude of me to not brag about say how much I am thankful for those.

And what an awful girlfriend I’d be to not mention that Tim made lobster rolls for dinner after the picnic.  Yummy, delicious lobster rolls… with the perfect amount of onion.  Thank you, my culinary boyfriend.

Oh, and Joan!  Hi, Joanio.

My friend Joan got married this weekend.  What kind of former Providence College Dance Company president would I be to not give a blog shout out to Joan on her wedding day?

What kind of friend would I be to not mention how beautiful every single detail of the wedding was?

And to also talk about how much freaking fun I had seeing my PCDC loves?!

All of the above would be PRETTY brutal, huh?

Better late than never.
