Strength Workouts

This page has been a LONG time coming, and it’s still not 100% complete, but I’ve spent the last couple of weeks paging through two years worth of blogging to compile all my strength workouts in one place for you. That’s been my most popular blog complaint request from you guys, so I can’t even tell you how good it feels to cross this off my blog to-do list.

I wasn’t sure how to categorize my strength workouts because there’s so much overlap when it comes to the strength stuff. For example, does a twenty-minute lower body bodyweight workout go in the lower body, short for time, or no equipment category? How do you classify an upper body medicine ball circuit workout using the Tabata format? I tried to keep it as simple as possible, so I hope it’s easy enough for you to navigate and find what you’re looking for.

Part 2 of this project will entail weeding through the blog’s first 9 months or so… those newbie workouts posts are pretty scary and way too long-winded for me to deal with right now. Someday.
