As a new Mom with my first child, I found it easy to still allocate time for myself and was able to get back to the gym quickly. Once my second daughter entered the picture, I completely lost myself. I knew I needed to carve out time for my physical health but could not figure out how or where in the day I could get it done.
Having been a client of Athena’s for almost 5 years, I now have all of the tools in my “toolbox” for fitness, I simply forgot how to use them in the throes of motherhood.
